encryptMod

encryptMod (Framework master and Data Control)

Definition

A string specifying an encryption class. The class specification must be a relative to the codebase specification for the applet. The class must implement the interface, Sa.SaICrypt.

Requirements

If the class specified by the value of this parameter is not derived as stated above, then the class will not be used and a default is used in its place.
If the class cannot be found, a default is used.
The class must contain no constructor or one with no parameters, and the constructor should be public. If not, then the class will not be loadable, and a default will be used.
If no value is supplied with this parameter, a default is used.

Notes

The encryption used by the user supplied class must match the decryption used in the server process.
This parameter is ignored unless the "secure" parameter is set.
